Warrenville, NJ to Hamford, Upper Canada - ca. 1850

There are two distinct rate markings on this cover. The first, in black ink, was applied at the PO in Warrenville at the 10¢ foreign rate to Canada. The second, a red oval applied in Hamford, marking the additional rate of 6 pence upon receipt of mail. A significant stampless ladies cover.
