St. Matthews, SC manusctript town marking on Postal Card UX3

Sound card with a small glob of something on the message side.

And the message is a little odd -

"I had just written you a postal, when your letter came —which came by the last of mail, but it is well to add, in-saying, so much for P.S. I am sorry it is sick. No mind ^not^ about my coming —and the cloth & thread etc. I manage to sew now with help of Mrs. M's sew machine & my ownhands. For cloth is 75 & 38 ct. for flannels 5 in. and — forget 2 long connections, I will write again. Truly yours
