Oval Buffalo postmark with open fleurons and fancy scrolled paid marking

Postmark was used from 1847 - 1851. Content appears to be a long list of products and prices, but we have never been able to figure out what the products are. The postmark is blue ink, but brown ink used throughout the letter itself.
