MO DPO - Medora - Purple CDS - Double circle Hermann, MO rec'd cancel

The town itself was platted in 1855 by J.M. Morrow and named after his wife, Medora Morrow. During the Civil War, it served as a significant "metropolis" and military base for Osage County. The post office name was officially changed from Medora to Saint Aubert in 1893.
