The historical McCormick, Missouri post office in Madison County had a brief operational life, remaining open for just under two years from May 19, 1921 to February 15, 1923.

Today, McCormick, Missouri is a completely extinct community and a classic Ozark "ghost town" where no physical town structure remains.
