Mandan, FL CDS on scarce postal stationery - late 1880s, possibly 1886

F/VF postal stationery U244, a hard-to-find amber specimen with square corners and minor wrinkle at lower left. The Mandan CDS is duplexed to an ellipse with open center. Charleston, SC rec'd marking. An excellent specimen all around.
