CSA 12 on cover from Petersburg, VA - 1864 - 1865

We believe this was sent by noted diarist, Captain William Aiken Kelley from Petersburg, very near the end of the Civil War. The red Petersburg CDS is not listed in the 1965 revised edition of "The American Stampless Cover Catalog."
