An uncommon Chicago CDS duplex. CDS reads "CHI & N CLARK ST RPO CHI ILL"." The center reads "FEB 4 - TR. 5 - 1908." The number "2" below the date is a mystery to is. The duplexed ellipse is unlisted. It is the first we have ever encountered with "PAID" in the center.
